Baking powder is used as a leavening agent to help baked goods rise into soft and fluffy goodness.

How to use
Add 1/2 to 1 tsp to baked goods as per recipe.
If you run out of baking powder you can substitute with 1 part bicarb soda, 2 parts cream of tartar and 1 part arrowroot/tapioca flour (optional – useful if storing for more than 1 week).
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
