Also known as Cow Peas, are great paired with rice and greens, stewed with chorizo or spicy sausages, in soups and dips, or in casseroles with onion, tomato and herbs until thick. Low in fat, high in protein and fibre, these beans are better tolerated by many compared with other beans.

How to use
Soak 8 hours. Bring to boil in clean water then simmer for 40 to 60 minutes. Ensure cooked thoroughly before serving.
