The edible seed of a pumpkin, Pepitas, have a mild nutty flavour and are a nutritious snack, high in protein, fibre and micronutrients. Can be added to baking, soups, salads, muesli, granola, cereals or trail mixes. Australian Pepitas have higher levels of micronutrients and fatty acids than those grown elsewhere.
