A highly nutritious grain that has more fibre than wheat and is high in protein. Can be used for porridge, risotto, popped like popcorn for a tasty snack or to sprinkle over soups and stews. Much like quinoa, it can be used for sweet and savoury dishes.

How to use
Simmer 1/2 cup amaranth to 1.5 cups liquid for 25 minutes, until creamy.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
