How to use
Toast 1 cup millet until golden, add 2 cups water & 1/2 tsp salt, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, fluff with a fork & serve.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 24 months.
