Whole wheat can be used as you would rice or any other whole grain, such as in soups, side dishes, stuffing, or porridge.Â It can also be milled into flour for a wide range of baked goods and bread.

How to use
Rinse 1 cup wheat and add to 2.5 cups boiling water. Once boiling, simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 24 months.
