How to use
Add to recipes as required.
BUCKWHEAT COOKIES (Makes 8-10 cookies)
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/3-cup sugar of choice
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch fine salt
1/4 cup choc bits or chopped nuts (macadamia, peanut, pecan)
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Roll into balls and flatten slightly on a baking tray.
3. Bake 180C for 20min.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
