Corn flour is used as a binding agent and thickener in many recipes. Commonly used in sauces, gravies, puddings, pie fillers, soups, stews and salad dressings.

How to use
Blend 1 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp of water to a smooth paste before adding to dishes to thicken.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 18 months.
