How to use
Add to recipes as required.
500g flour, pinch salt, 100ml cold water, 2 tbsp oil
Mix together to form a dough, divide into 24 balls, refrigerate 10 mins before rolling out thin and frying both sides 1 min each.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 6 months.
