How to use
Bring to boil 710ml water, then add 120g polenta stirring constantly on a simmer until thickened (approx. 20-50 mins). Pour onto a wooden cutting board and allow to stand a few minutes before slicing.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
