Sometimes known as Almond Flour, this protein-rich flour is commonly used in gluten-free and Paleo recipes. It can be used in pancakes, biscuits, scones, cakes, raw treats, bread as well as crumbing mix or stuffing.

How to use
Add 1/2 to 1 cup to recipes as required.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 9 months.
